This feedback is provided from active, pre-qualified organizations that are purchasers of their specific property types and financial conditions.

CMS collaborates with major Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and Private Equity Groups that purchase commercial properties. This gives us an advantage when it comes to purchasing profiles and underwriting criteria. For clients pursuing a sale of their property, we can match the property attributes with the profiles of these purchasing entities to determine the best and most likely match for your particular property.

Discussions are made on an off-market basis for confidentiality, and to not affect client relations or the value of your property in the marketplace.

We provide timely valuation feedback to you in an unlisted manner and solicit a timely Letter of Intent (LOI), which includes your 1031 tax status if applicable. For TIC owners, we construct the options for maintaining an appropriate 1031 tax status and monitor the due diligence period to accelerate the closing process.
